• Cracks, pits and broken joint edges are filled and ground flush.
• Coats go down in the order the product maker specifies, at temperatures it allows.
• Before we leave you get written times for walking, moving things back and parking.
• If the scope needs to change once work starts, we write it up and you approve it first.

We only coat concrete. We do not coat wood, tile or vinyl. If a slab has a problem a coating will not solve, like water coming through a crack, a section that has heaved, or a crack that keeps opening, we tell you at the estimate so you can deal with it first.
